DEI Influencer

DEI influencers lead the charge for inclusion and belonging in the workplace. These leaders advocate for internal social justice policies and educate those they work with about DEI issues. They inspire us with the work they do. This award honors those who further the cause of DEI by putting these ideas into practice within their own organizations and beyond.

Demonstrates transformational motivational leadership characteristics in the DEI community
Contributes to creating a body of knowledge on DEI concepts in the workplace and externally
Mentors and develops emerging leaders from diverse group
